This program is an 8-week, progressive plan designed to help you peak for either a 1-minute or 500m time trial. It can be used mid-season for general training purposes, or as a specific build up for a race.

Any RACE SERIES program should be used in conjunction with regular training. The three sessions each week should serve as the FOCUS of your training, but not necessarily be the ONLY training you do. Recovery efforts, as well as strength training and GPP conditioning (if part of your normal routine) should remain, to some extent, as part of weekly training.
