Follow the same structured program that helped me row a 2:47.9 and ski a 2:54.5

This program is a 12-week, progressive plan designed to help you peak for a 1000m time trial. It can be used mid-season for general training purposes, or as a specific build up for a race.

The Virtual Indoor Sprints take place:

March (Indoor Rowing)

November (SkiErg)



Any RACE SERIES program should be used in conjunction with regular training. The three sessions each week should serve as the FOCUS of your training, but not be the ONLY training you do. Longer, aerobic and/or recovery efforts, as well as strength training and GPP conditioning (if part of your normal routine) should remain, to some extent, as part of weekly training.
