  1. Provide a 2000m training progression without the need for excessive training time or volume;

  2. Complete quality sessions  in 30-45 minutes;

  3. If you’re a parent, hopefully make your kids proud.

4 training sessions per week for 12 weeks + 2k prep time trials in weeks 3, 6, and 9 = 50 training sessions overall.

Almost all sessions are able to be completed within 30 to 45 minutes.

A mix of power endurance, speed training, moderate aerobic/recovery work, and stroke power development in a convenient, time-friendly progressive plan.
