ABOUT THE GAMES
The GARAGEATHLETE Games are an annual, three-day test of capacity across all three Concept2 machines: The RowErg, SkiErg, and BikeErg. Athletes will compete on all three machines in several events each day, with multiple scoring opportunities available in each workout. Athletes should have at least 60 to 90 minutes* available each day to complete the required events.
*Please note - total training time does not necessarily include recovery time between events if completing all events together. Alternatively, athletes may choose to split up each day’s events throughout the day, to maximize output and recovery time.
If you are new to using the MultiErg mode on ErgZone please do a few test attempts to understand how it works. ErgZone programs one interval at a time. You finish an interval then it programs the next erg. Please wait until the PM5 is programmed to start the next interval otherwise it can cause false start issues.

Men’s & Women’s Age Group Winners = $50
Overall Winners are NOT eligible for Age Group prizes.
Athletes must complete all events to be eligible for any prize.
All prizes are in $CAD.
The annual, three day virtual competition takes place in August.
AGE GROUPS:
39 years old & under
40 to 49 years old
50+ years old
Age groups are decided based on your age by the END of the competition as listed in your Concept2 Logbook account.
All events will be posted on Instagram/Facebook, and will be LIVE on ErgZone:

All workouts on each day must completed by the deadline.
Following the competition, the leaderboard will be finalized and winners contacted as soon as possible.
