Expose new athletes to specific training on the Concept2 SkiErg;

Develop a basic understanding of “gears” in relationship to controlling speed (split) with stroke rate;

Help build a foundation for more advanced training and engine development;

Ideally, give you a solid starting point before joining our ONLINE MEMBERSHIP!

In this training plan, athletes will receive 3 sessions a week for 10 weeks, focusing on stroke rate and speed development. For athletes interested in becoming an ONLINE MEMBER, this program is the perfect foundation.
